    Owasso’s outstanding school system is the reason many families choose to make Owasso home.  Whether exceptional academic achievement or the wide variety of student activities, in Owasso you’ll hear conversations daily celebrating the school district!  Owasso Public Schools is comprised of Owasso High School, the 8th Grade Center, 7th Grade Center, 6th Grade Center, and eight exceptional elementary schools.  This 6A school district serves students in both Rogers and Tulsa Counties.

    • Our district continues to maintain smaller class sizes than districts in the area.

    • Owasso Public Schools boasts a rigorous classic curriculum reflecting Oklahoma’s standards combined with stellar teaching.

    • The Owasso Education Foundation distributed almost $90,000 in teacher grants last year.

    • Owasso provides a Chromebook to each high school student to prepare Rams for post-secondary success.

    • The Pride of Owasso is nationally recognized as one of the finest bands in the nation.

    • Citizens of Owasso passed a $23 million bond issue in the Fall of 2015 in order to continue providing state-of-the-art facilities for our students.

    • OPS offers 22 varsity sports and an array of activities for our students.

    • The Owasso Indian Education program boasts over 1800 Native Rams with many recognized in the state and nation as scholars, artists, and citizens.

    • Owasso Public Schools is a proud partner with Folds of Honor.  Folds of Honor provides scholarships to children of fallen and disabled veterans and has its headquarters in Owasso, Oklahoma.
