    Job Description
    SUMMARY: Attend pool area. Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for guest use. Responsible for maintaining/tracking/replenishing inventory in retail area.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):
    • Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout your shift. (Straighten chairs, Wipe off tables, Sweep/blow deck, Restock towels, Empty ash trays / trash cans and pick up debris and trash).
    • Clean and maintain restroom throughout your shift (Check and replenish supplies, Sweep floors as needed, Wipe off counters and sinks with disinfectant and clean toilets with disinfectant).
    • Enforce all pool rules.
    • Enhance customer service through friendly guest relations (Introduce yourself to guests, Greet returning guests, Answer all questions politely, Refer problems or complaints to supervisor promptly).
    • Provide professional friendly customer service.
    • The position will be required to handle cash and running the pool desk micros and hotel PMS.
    • This position will be responsible or checking in/out towels, selling sundries at towel desk.
    • Performed other job related duties as assigned.
