  • August Monthly Luncheon Recap

  • The August Monthly Luncheon was held on Wednesday, August 1st.  We were honored to hear from 2 awesome couples that are leading the way on our downtown renovation, now known as the Redbud District.  Tommy & Kari Coulter spoke first about their Seven6Main development on the corner of 76th & Main.  Next, we heard from Steve & Renee' Mowery who are building Mowery Retail & Lofts on Main Street, just north of 76th St. 

    Both developments expect to open late fall.  Seven6Main will consist of Restaurant & Retail on the first level, with Smoke Woodfire Grill anchoring the development.  Later this month they are expecting to announce a new modern diner, as well as a coffee shop that will occupy space on the first floor.  There are still 2 spaces available for lease.  The second floor of the Seven6Main development offers a variety of customizable built-to-suit office space, while the 3rd floor is devoted to 10 beautiful, modern upscale apartments.  Visit their website for more details.  www.seven6main.com

    The Mowery buildings consist of two buildings separated by a common area courtyard totaling over 26,000 sq. ft.  These buildings have a retro modern aesthetic design with restaurants and shops on the ground level and 13 luxury residential lofts above.
