Annual Events & Programs
The Chamber's annual luncheon is almost always held in January. This luncheon is a chance to look back over our previous year. Many awards are given out to celebrate the accomplishments and people that made the year special. Our current Chamber Chairman passes the gavel on to the incoming Chairman. This is always a very special luncheon and one of our highest attended events. To find information for the next Annual Luncheon, check our January event calendar or call the chamber office at 918-272-2141.
Typically held on the first Wednesday of each month, with the exception of January & July. These luncheons feature a speaker to update and educate members on current business trends. (occasionally the May Luncheon will be held on the last Wednesday in April. It is always best to check the Chamber Calendar to be sure)
HOME AND GARDEN SHOW
Held in Tulsa in March, this show provides an excellent opportunity to promote the Owasso community to the approximately 40,000 visitors attending the show. Not only does the Owasso Chamber run a booth for this show, but we also print a new visitor's guide/brochure each year. There are 6 available advertising spots in the guide. These spots are currently sold out but if you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please email Fayrene with the subject line: Home and Garden Advertising. These brochures are handed out during the Home & Garden show as well as kept in the chamber office for the remainder of the year. We use these in new resident welcome packets and other promotions of the community throughout the year.
Owasso’s largest festival celebrates the city’s colorful past and progressive future. This four-day festival provides entertainment for Owasso citizens and attracts thousands of people from surrounding communities. The main attraction for Trail Days is the 4-day Carnival. Typically held the first weekend in May, beginning on Thursday and ending on Sunday. Visit owassochamber.com/traildays for more info.
ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC

The Chamber Tournament sells out fast. If you would like to sponsor or enter a team, you will need to register as soon as possible. CASINO & AUCTION NIGHT
This event is held in the Fall. The Casino & Auction provides outstanding entertainment and offers many great auction items. The evening includes casino gaming with "fun money", food, drinks, music and prizes. Each year there is a theme that goes along with the event. The Casino & Auction event is typically held in August. Check the Chamber Calendar for the next Casino & Auction event.
Political updates from our Senators and Congressmen and other top political and corporate leaders. This series is designed to update business leaders on local, state, and national legislative issues and other important business matters. Three luncheons are held each year. Included in this series will be the Annual State of the City address presented by the Owasso City Manager. Watch the chamber calendar or subscribe to our email list to be sure you are receiving legislative updates.
The Leadership program is designed to develop strong leaders in the Owasso area who are interested in expanding their knowledge in the areas of government, education, economic development and quality of life initiatives. Enrollment is open from January - September, with class beginning every October. Classes are typically held on the second Thursday of each month, for 8 months. Each class begins after the lunch hour, allowing our participants to work half a day before coming to class. Each class concludes in May with a group trip to the State Capitol and a celebration dinner. Graduation is held on the first Wednesday in June, during the Chamber's regularly scheduled monthly luncheon. If you are interested in learning more about Leadership Owasso, please email Shala. Check out the Leadership Info Page for more details.

SHOP SMALL OWASSO PASSPORT EVENT
Created to support the Small Business Saturday movement, the Shop Small Owasso Passport is a fun way to get out and show love to your favorite small businesses while earning yourself some cash and/or prizes along the way! This event is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving each November. When a customer shops at a participating business, they receive a stamp in their Shop Small passport. (provided by any of the participating businesses) Each business has an item valued at $50 or more that shoppers are eligible to win. Drawings are held the following week, based on which stamps each customer received. The more you shop, the more you can win! Additionally, the Chamber Prize Patrol searches the participating businesses, looking for unsuspecting shoppers to surprise with cash and gift cards! Shoppers are encouraged to use #ShopSmallOwasso on social media to let the Prize Patrol know where to find them. For details on the next Shop Small event, you can check the November calendar. Participating businesses are typically posted about a month in advance.
